However, PCs, as reliable as they have become, WILL fail eventually - it's just a matter of time.

What we will do for you:

• We will come to your office, shop or home anywhere on the Sunshine Coast, Australia. (Or you can Do It Yourself - Click HERE)
• We'll take a full, image backup of your PCs (Optional). This will include all the Operating System files, all of your applications like Word, Outlook etc. and all your data. This will then be held in a fire safe off-site. In the event of a catastrophic failure, fire or theft, you could be up and running in a day.
• We will then install software that will perform a periodic online backup. This means your backup is held safely and securely on one of our remote servers.
• This server in turn is backed up to another server located at a physically remote location.
• Your data is encrypted so that only you can read it.
• You have access to it at any time. We show you what to do - and we're only a phone call away.
• Need to backup large amounts of data? We can take a ‘seed’ backup and load it onto the online backup server to save time and bandwidth. When your backup next runs, only new files and the changed portions of edited files are sent to the backup server.

You can recover your files from any internet enabled PC, providing you have your account details.

In the event that you want to restore large amounts of data, we will put it on a DVD or external drive and deliver it you.
